There are two methods to achieve this. One, you can stop the repetition of the recursive task as by setting repeat end date, Once the date reached, application will automatically close the settings.

Second way, user can close switch directly to close the recursive function. It will not allowed to create tasks either Daily, Weekly or Periodically.
